By accessing or using infoMoris (the "Service"), including the website at infomoris.com and the Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

infoMoris is a news curation and discussion platform for Mauritius. We aggregate headlines, short excerpts, and links to articles from the publicly available RSS feeds of Mauritian media outlets, and direct users to the original sources for the full articles. We also provide user accounts, comments, and reactions. The Service is supported by advertising (see Section 9).

You retain ownership of the comments and reactions you submit. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service.

All headlines, excerpts, and linked articles are the property of their respective publishers and are sourced via publicly available RSS feeds; full articles remain on the publishers' own websites. The infoMoris name, logo, and original design elements are our intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites and content we do not control. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

9. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising. When advertising is enabled, we use Google AdSense (on our website) and Google AdMob (in our Android app) to display ads. Ads may be served by Google and third-party vendors based on context or your interests, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Advertisements, and any websites, products, or offers they link to, are the sole responsibility of the respective advertisers. infoMoris does not endorse and is not responsible for any advertiser's content, products, or services, and your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. You agree not to interact with ads in any way that artificially inflates impressions or clicks, or that otherwise violates Google's advertising policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, infoMoris and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting, and other security measures to prevent abuse. Attempts to bypass these protections may result in permanent ban from the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
